by Mindy Aguon

Guam - Five people indicted in last month's Dededo gang rape case appeared in the Superior Court of Guam this afternoon to answer to criminal sexual conduct charges.  Hen Henry, Oratuch Henry, Betewen Henry, Helpme Roby, and Gibson Billias appeared today for an arraignment hearing.

Oratuch Henry and Roby pleaded not guilty to the charges while the arraignment for Hen Henry and Billias was continued until January 8, as they were appointed new attorneys due to conflicts. Betewen Henry needs a translator and the arraignment was continued until tomorrow.  Oratuch Henry also asserted his right to a speedy trial.

The five are accused of taking turns sexually assaulting two intoxicated female minors in the jungle area of Santa Ana in Dededo.
