Guam - While students at George Washington High School speak up on the crammed conditions of their campus, stakeholders of Guahan Academy Charter School could be up for eviction come the new year.

As we've been reporting, the charter school evaded eviction from their Tiyan buildings on the condition that their lease, which has since been combined with GovGuam's option to purchase other Tiyan buildings, is finalized by December 31st.

With no guarantee that the Attorney General's Office will complete the review of the documents by then, charter school PTO president Art Taimanglo tells KUAM charter school students, staff, and parents are set to hold a support rally on Friday, December 27th. The rally kicks off at 4:30 p.m. at the ITC intersection and will be visible from the AG's Offices in the building.
