High marks for GWA

Guam - Standard & Poors giving high marks for the Guam Waterworks Authority. According to the governor's office the ratings company decided to attach its A- rating for GWA's new bond onto two older bonds that were never rated. Adelup contends that this news boosts the government's profile on Wall Street and indicates to the global financial markets that Guam is a good investment.
