by Mindy Aguon

Guam - Two more suspects who were arrested in connection with last weekend's sexual assault of two female minors appeared before Magistrate Judge Alberto Tolentino this afternoon.  Betewen Henry and Oratuch Henry appeared via videoconference. The two are charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct.

The two are among five people who were arrested by police for allegedly gang raping two intoxicated minors.

According to the magistrate's complaint, Oratuch Henry is also accused of using an iPad to take video or pictures of the sexual assault of the 11-year-old victim. All five of the suspects in the case are being held on $100,000 cash bail and have a preliminary hearing scheduled for December 27.
