Guam - A former employee of a local bank is being tried for allegedly setting up a hidden camera to take photos and video of women in the restroom facility. It was in 2009 57-year-old Frank Garrido Blas was accused of cutting a hole in a storage room and installing a camera that led into a female restroom facility inside the bank.
During the trial today, the government presented its case calling bank employees to the stand who investigated the discovery of the camera.
One worker testified that during the investigation Blas admitted that he screwed up and was aware of the hole in the bathroom but never covered it up even though he was the head of maintenance.
The trial resumes on Thursday in front of Superior Court Judge Vern Perez.
