by Mindy Aguon

Guam - Agents with the Guam Police Department's Juvenile and Criminal Investigation Section are actively searching for individuals who were involved in a gang rape of a female minor.  While few details have been released, KUAM News has confirmed that police are investigating a report of a female minor, possibly 11 years old, being raped by multiple suspects in a jungle area near Santa Ana in Dededo on Friday night.

The victim was apparently forced to drink and was then beaten and raped repeatedly by a number of individuals. Police are currently conducting an investigation and interviews of witnesses and possible suspects.

The victim is being treated at Healing Hearts.
