Core Tech Allows GACS to Stay in Tiyan

by Sabrina Salas Matanane

Guam - As a result of a meeting this morning between Core Tech CEO Mr. Ho Eun and acting Governor Ray Tenorio the Guahan Academy Charter School will be allowed to remain in its current Tiyan location past tomorrow's notice to vacate.

According to the acting Governor, Core Tech has agreed to allow the charter school to remain in their facility as they wait for the contract for Tiyan to clear the Office of the Attorney General before December 31st.

As we reported GACS has been operating out of the Tiyan location without a lease. Prior to opening, the school requested help from the Governor's office which was already in the midst of securing a contract for Tiyan properties.

Acting Governor Tenorio thanked Mr. Ho for his kindness and generosity.
