Guam - Several investigations continue into alleged wrongdoing by several Department of Corrections officers but two officers who are accused of tasering several inmates in the Protective Unit returned to work a week ago and have been served notices of adverse action. DepCor director Jose San Agustin says the officers have ten days to respond and have been reassigned to other units in the prison.
Meanwhile investigations into an escape as well as pictures and videos of DepCor officers allegedly acting inappropriately continue. San Agustin confirms that the officer seen receiving a foot massage from a maximum security inmate has been placed on administrative leave while the other officers in question remain on duty.
