Jury selection begins for armed robbery cases

Guam - Jury selection continued today for Anthony Campos. Campos is charged with four counts of 2nd degree robbery with four counts of a special allegation of possession and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.

Campos was charged in connection with an armed robbery at the Route 8 Mini Mart in Barrigada that was caught on camera as well as an armed robbery at Payless Supermarket in Sinajana.

Opening statements are scheduled to begin on Friday morning.  Superior Court Senior Pro-Tem Judge Richard Benson is presiding over the case.
