Guam - Alvin San Nicolas is set to go to trial for a second time. San Nicolas pleaded guilty to criminal charges handed down in a superceding indictment. The Supreme Court of Guam recently overturned a conviction against San Nicolas on 16 counts of criminal sexual conduct for sexually assaulting a female minor repeatedly while her mother was deployed and forcing her to smoke methamphetamine.
A pre-trial conference is scheduled for December13.
