Guam - 22-year-old John Haggerty was arrested in connection with another open lewdness case.  Police made the arrest after connecting him to a complaint that was made back in January. GPD spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says the complainants reported that while walking along the road by St. Anthony's Church back in January, a blue Toyota Yaris pulled up next to them and the operator exposed himself to the victims.

The operator fled but one of the victims was able to take a photo of his license plate.  Police arrested Haggerty on charges of open lewdness, terrorizing, stalking and harassment.

Balajadia says the suspect also has two previous cases of public indecency including exposing himself to elementary and middle school students.  He also admitted to police that he has done this additional times in the Tumon-Tamuning areas.

Anyone in the public who has been approached by Haggerty and would like to file a complaint is asked to do so with the Tumon-Tamuning Precinct or calling 649-6330.
