Guam - Lawmakers are hoping to get a progress report from the island's first approved charter school. Set for an oversight hearing on Monday, Guahan Academy Charter School officials are scheduled to provide updates on operations, finances, programs and procurement of supplies and equipment.
The charter school first opened doors back in august at the CoreTech facility in Tiyan. Over 500 students attend the Tiyan school.
The oversight hearing is slated to start at 10am at the Legislature's Public Hearing Room.
