Guam - Before dozens of colleagues from the Department of Public Health and Social Services, health services administrator Roselie Zabala was presented with a surprise legislative certificate by Senator Dennis Rodriguez, Jr. in recognition of her immense contributions to the Non-Communicable Disease Consortium.

Zabala is also the KUAM CareForce's Health and Wellness Honoree which pays tribute to people in our community who unselfishly give of themselves to make our island a better place. Zabala and several other honorees will be recognized tomorrow evening at the Cars Plus Showroom in Maite at 6pm during the KUAM CareForce Honors Program.  Tickets for the ceremony are $25 with the proceeds from ticket sales to benefit local non-profit organizations.
