Police seek man in reported kidnapping

Guam - The Guam Police Department is actively searching for a man who reportedly took a baby from his ex-girlfriend.  A kidnapping report was received by GPD around 9:00 on Wednesday night from a woman who reported that her baby had been kidnapped. 

Authorities are searching for Chaffy Simich, who allegedly took the baby.  No other details were available. 

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police at 472-8911 or Guam Crimestoppers at 477-HELP (4357).

UPDATE: As of 12am the baby was returned unharmed to the mother and the suspect fled in a green 4dr sedan unknown make, model or license plate.
