Police officer testifies in home invasion trial

Guam - The trial of Raymond Tedtaotao continued today with testimony from a GPD officer who interviewed the victim just days after her Nimitz Hill home was invaded back in April.

In his testimony, the Criminal Investigation Division officer said he observed the victim's eyes fill with tears as she identified both Tedtaotao and co-defendant Anthony Paul Mendiola in a photo lineup.

Also taking the stand today, GPD officials who executed the search warrant and apprehension of both defendants.

Although their trials were severed, Mendiola and co-defendant Tedtaotao are being tried simultaneously. Tedtaotao's trial resumes tomorrow through Thursday morning while his codefendant Mendiola will be tried Thursday afternoon and all day Friday.
