Guam - The island's medical examiner confirms the recent death of an Untalan Middle School employee was in fact from tuberculosis.

Dr. Aurelio Espinola tells KUAM he examined the body earlier this week and has since reported it to Public Health.

Students and staff at the Tiyan school who are identified as close contacts of the individual will be provided free TB skin tests on campus on November 22. Skin tests may also be done at private clinics at the patient's expense.

Students and staff who fail to complete the test and submit results by November 26 will not be allowed on campus.
