Guam - Next month's trial date for a superior court senior probation officer who is charged with the death of his two-year-old daughter has been rescheduled. During a hearing this week, it was announced that Morcilla's attorney has a scheduling conflict as he is scheduled for another trial at the time. Morcilla is accused of leaving his daughter in the car for seven hours while he was at work.
The trial was set to begin on November 13 but that date was vacated and the court is expected to reset another trial date.
