Guam - Here are the rankings for the worst DOE facilities according to the Army Corps of Engineers study conducted in October to December of last year but just recently released.

Scoring the lowest for overall structure, exterior, roofing, interior, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing Simon Sanchez High School scores 3.36.

Coming in second  Chief Brodie Memorial Elementary School, followed by J.Q. San Miguel Elementary in Toto.

In contrast, here are the best DOE facilities, excluding brand new schools. Topping the  best facilities Oceanview Middle School in Agat scores 4.45 overall.

Next best facility, Jose Rios Middle School at 4.44

And third best, Ordot/Chalan Pago Elementary School.

We should note, all DOE schools scored high enough to only require minor to few major repairs. No school scored low enough to deem a total repair or replacement of the campus.
