Guam, CNMI under Tropical Storm Watch at 2pm

Guam - Guam and the CNMI will be placed under a Tropical Storm Watch at 2pm. 39-73mile per hour winds are possible within the next 48 hours. Residents are advised to secure loose items around their home, fill up their vehicles, stock up on non-perishable food items and water, get batteries for your flashlights, and get your shutters ready.

The Governor is also expected to declare the island in Condition of Readiness 3 soon.
