Guam - Police are looking for the individuals responsible for two robberies that occurred on Friday.  A woman reported that while in the parking lot of John B Market in Dededo she was approached by a man carrying  knife who demanded her personal belongings and fled.

The incident happened around 2pm Friday afternoon and the only description of the suspect was that he stands between 5'6"-5'8".

Meanwhile police also are investigating an armed robbery that was reported on Friday evening at the Route 8 Mini Mart in Barrigada.  A female cashier was held at gunpoint as a man walked into the store with his face covered with a shirt, demanding the cashier give him money.  He fired the weapon at the counter and grabbed the money from the cash register and walked out.  He fled on foot.  The incident was captured on the store owner's surveillance camera.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact Guam Crimestoppers at 477-HELP (4357) or police at 472-8911.
