GUAM - Asen Moni pleaded guilty to first degree criminal sexual conduct and was sentenced to 20 years behind bars.
Moni was arrested in October of last year after sexually assaulting two young children in the jungle. Prosecuting attorney Matthew Heibel says the plea agreement ensures that Moni will serve a significant amount of time in jail and neither child will have to be re-victimized by having to testify. There have been 887 plea deals this year. The attorney general's office notes that those plea agreements are considered convictions.
