Mayor's Council meets with representatives to discuss CAP program

GUAM - The Mayor's Council of Guam met with representatives from the Guam Community College to discuss the Community Access Points program or CAP.

The program is a partnership between the college, the Guam Contractors Association, the Guam Chamber of Commerce and the Mayor's Council of Guam. The goal of CAP is to prepare island residents to become work ready by providing island residents access to free online training via the key train component of workeys, the job assessment and training program offered through the college. In partnering with the Mayor's Council the CAP program aims at reaching out into the communtiy and meeting people where they are to make the program as easily accessible for residents.
