Guam - If you plan on traveling through Hagatna tonight, traffic along Marine Corps Drive between Routes 4 and 8 will be reduced to one lane in each direction. This will go into effect starting tonight at eight o'clock through 5am tomorrow, and again every evening through this Thursday. The nighttime closures are necessary for the contractor to facilitate the removal of existing beams and to install a duct bank.
