Home invasion reported in Dededo

Guam - The Guam Police Department is investigating a home invasion that occurred just before 4am Wednesday in Dededo.

According to Guam Police Department spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia, a couple was sleeping on their couch when they were awakened by a man who was standing by the edge of the couch with a black gun.

The suspect was described as possibly Asian, wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, gray jogging pants, and a red handkerchief covering his face. He was described as standing 5'1", with a slim build an wearing about 135 lbs.

The couple wasn't hurt, but the suspect got away with a multitude of items such as a Louis Vuitton wallet with credit cards and cash, other designer bags, as well as jewelry.
