Guam - Christopher Gebhart will have to wait another week to find out how much time he'll have to spend in prison. Gebhart pleaded guilty to manslaughter and child abuse for the death of a toddler.  He admitted to shaking and assaulting the baby forcing her to have seizures and go into a coma.  She later died.

As per his plea agreement, Gebhart faces between five and 23 years in prison and a $15,000 fine.  Today's sentencing hearing was continued because Gebhart's defense attorney was unavailable.

The sentencing was moved to August 28.
