$6M more in refunds being mailed out

by Ken Quintanilla

Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo confirms with KUAM that $6 million in refunds checks will be mailed out on Friday. Rev & Tax is currently doing its work to confirm how many checks will be released and what filing request it will be bring the government to.

It was on August 1, when the Administration announced $12 million in tax refund checks would be going out to those who filed up to March 24. The payout brought the total refunds paid this fiscal year to more than $100 million, the first time in Guam's history and the most paid during a fiscal year without the use of a bond or other financing.
