Guam - After hosting public scoping meetings on the proposal to improve existing and construct new range and training areas on Tinian and Pagan, the Navy announces the scoping summary report has been completed for the CNMI Joint Military Training Environmental Impact Statement and Overseas EIS.
Close to 200 "unique" comments were submitted. The comments will help the military in making their final determination about the proposed action.
