Woman arrested for terroristic conduct

Guam - A Sinajana woman was arrested in connection with terroristic conduct that resulted in the evacuation of the Agana Shopping Center on Tuesday night.  16 people reported feeling ill and the Guam Fire Department's Hazardous Materials Unit was activated. 

On Wednesday afternoon Hagatna Precinct officers received a terroristic conduct complaint. Guam Police Department spokesperson Officer AJ. Balajaia says, "Video surveillance footage of the DOCOMO outlet in Agana Shopping Center revealed a female individual standing in line fumbling with an object around her waist area.  The female raised the unknown object leaned back and a mist was released from the object.  After a few minutes, customers and employees are seen coughing and exiting the store, while the female laughed and slowly walked out standing by the entrance to DOCOMO Pacific.

Melissa Jean Reyes of Sinajana, was arrested for Terroristic Conduct, two counts of Aggravated Assault, and 5 counts of Assault.
