Tamuning woman's death now classified as homicide

Guam - Foul play was involved in Shelly Bernstein's death and  police confirm they are conducting a homicide investigation.  The woman was found dead by her son inside her Tamuning home early Tuesday morning. She sustained an injury to her head.  Medical examiner dr aurelio espinola confirms that bernstein died from a skull fracture but won't release any other information because of the ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death. Espinola says Bernstein had been killed shortly before she was found and medics were called to the scene.  Criminal investigation division agents continue to look for leads into Bernstein's murder.  Bernstein was a flight attendant for United airlines and had been on leave for several months due to an operation and becoming ill.
