Majesty Relech will change plea

Guam - Majesty Relech is scheduled to change her plea in court today. You may recall she was charged with vehicular homicide for the death of her friend 22 year old Narinta Lee, in September of last year. She was released by the court a month later on a $20,000 personal recognizance bond but was arrested again in April for being combative while in a drunken rage and was taken back in custody on a half million dollar cash bail. . According to new files Relech's defense attorney was trying to get her into a treatment program for her addiction. Charged in two separate alcohol related cases Relech is scheduled for a change of plea in the felony case today. In the misdemeanor case before Judge Michael Bordallo the Attorney General's Office is waiting for the felony case to be settled and may offer a global plea agreement. Criminal trial setting for this case is scheduled for August 27th at 9am.
