Guam - In court today is Derrick Techur. He was arrested in November of last year accused of forcibly raping three girls who ranged in ages from 14 to 17. Techur had admitted to police that he had consumed alcohol even though he was underage but denied raping the girls. Techur was charged with three counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct, burglary, underage drinking, theft, two counts of assault and felonious restraint. Today he's scheduled to appear before Judge Anita Sukola for a criminal trial setting hearing.
