Guam - Daniel Mesa is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday for a change of plea hearing. Last week he signed a plea agreement with the feds.  It was in March when Mesa, who is a convicted felon, was found with drugs, firearms and a homemade bomb in his Agana Heights home. Federal and law enforcements agents conducted a raid and found about 20 various firearms, including rifles and small arms, a pipe bomb, California Seal and about 15 grams of crystal methamphetamine. Mesa is scheduled to appear before Magistrate Judge Joaquin Manibusan tomorrow at 9:30 in the morning.
