Guam - More information has been released about a man who fessed up to police that he was growing marijuana in his backyard. As we reported 65-year old Jesus Duenas was arrested Wednesday. Police confiscated eleven marijuana plants outside his Astumbo Gardens home. According to the magistrates complaint Duenas told the police he was had been growing marijuana at his home and ingested the drug to treat his cancer and arthritis. He told police that no-one else in the household was aware of the growing or use of marijuana. As we first reported a police officer detailed to executive security was listed as a co-owner of the home. But he was cleared of any wrongdoing.
