Guam - Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Aurelio Espinola says he will be conducting an autopsy on the body of a 70 year old Japanese man who was found floating motionless off the waters of Tumon bay Tuesday evening. According to police Spokesperson Lt. Art Paulino, off duty police officer Ernest Quintanilla saw the man in the water about 80 yards from the Hyatt Regency at around 5:00pm. Paulino adds the man was floating face up, foaming at the mouth and had no pulse. After pulling the man from the water, Quintanilla called emergency personnel who then took him to the Guam Memorial Hospital. A witness reported to police that he saw the man swimming 30 minutes prior to him being found lifeless.
