Guam - Senator Brant McCreadie and Senator Frank Aguon Jr. are back on Guam, but recently were in the Philippines attending the 8th Ambassadors Consuls General and tourism directors tour. While there the two met with Philippine president Benigno Aquino III and several members of his cabinet.  Senator McCreadie says he took the opportunity to open dialogue for a Philippine visa waiver program with the president's cabinet to foster international relationships between the Philippines and Guam. McCreadie said he had extended a personal invitation to the president to visit Guam. Although this was an official function, McCreadie said he did not use government money to fund the trip.
