Camarin Mendiola crowned Miss World Guam 2013

Guam - A new Miss World Guam was crowned last night at the Leo Palace Resort.  Camarin Mendiola of Agana Heights was chosen from a field of 13 island beauties to represent Guam in the international competition scheduled for September in Indonesia. 1st runner-up was Lisa Pachkoski of Talofofo, 2nd runner-up Chelsea Robato of Tumon, Mariana Sizemore of Dededo was 3rd runner-up and the 4th runner up was Carmen Cabrera from the village of Mangilao. 

Robato was named Miss Photogenic and Best in Swimsuit, who also took home the Beauty for Charity Award. She raised more than $11,000 for the Salvation Army.  Receiving the Best in Evening Gown award was Pachkoski, while Denia Elamparo received the GTA People's Choice Award.  Finally Taylor Julien of Yona was named by her peers as Miss Congeniality.
