GUAM - 33 year-old Victor Gene Garcia is behind bars accused of raping a girl repeatedly beginning when she was nine years old.

A 16 year-old reported to her mother this week that she had been sexually assaulted seven years ago when she spent the night at Garcia's home. The victim told police he would cover her mouth to prevent her from screaming and claimed it happened numerous times. The victim said she never reported it until now because she was feeling suicidal. Garcia was interviewed and while he acknowledged that the victim stayed at his home, he denied threatening to kill the victim or raping her saying the allegations were "dumb" and "ridiculous".
