Guam - Anthony Acfalle San Agustin pleaded not guilty to charges of family violence and aggravated assault today. San Agustin is being held behind bars for allegedly causing harm to a woman known to him.
He admitted to pushing the victim to the ground causing her to lose consciousness. The woman died at GMH and an autopsy revealed foul play. Police are now investigating the death.
The government today said it is likely the charges against San Agustin will change, but he has not been charged for the woman's death at this time.
A criminal trial setting is set for June 19 before Judge Michael Bordallo.
