Man eludes police, damages cop car

Guam - A 33-year-old man is behind bars after leading police on a high speed chase yesterday afternoon through Tumon and damaging a police cruiser. Arrested was Richard Sean Adkins on several charges including  eluding a police officer, reckless driving, aggravated assault with a motor vehicle, criminal mischief to government property, terrorizing, DUI controlled substance, DUI with injuries, possession of a controlled scheduled I substance, and possession with the intent to deliver to name a few.
