    Head of Underground birth-Tourism operation sentenced

    CNMI Chief Judge Ramona Manglona sentenced Sen Sun for his role in operating an illegal birth-Tourism business on Saipan. Mr. Sun illegally employed dozens of Chinese nationals without work authorization as caretakers or "nannies".
