Drunk Agana Heights man tried to throw woman from balcony - KUAM.com-KUAM News: On Air. Online. On Demand.

Guam - A 31-year old Agana Heights man is accused of being so drunk he began beating a woman known to him and even went so far as attempting to throw her over the second floor railing of their apartment balcony.  Neighbors heard what was going on and helped the victim. When police arrived the suspect, Sesario Sigam, told police officers he didn't need a gun and that the officers couldn't take him because he knows aikido. 

Sigam was quickly restrained and was booked and confined on charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault, and family violence.
