Guam - The Guam Memorial Hospital is meeting this evening with
local insurance companies. The meeting reportedly is to discuss administrative
processes from registration through collection, especially how GMH is
introducing new business practices to improve patient collections and insurer
communications.
The companies that confirmed attendance include Calvo's SelectCare,
Takecare, Staywell, Medicaid and NetCare.
The meeting is described as a working session with the goal to
achieve agreement on process improvements.
