Guam - The Pepsi Warriors ended their regular season with a 6-0
record after earning the 36-14 win over the IP&E Hal's Angels in MFL
Football action. The Warriors started the game with the 14-0 lead when the
Angels made a run to tie the game at 14 up late in the 1st quarter. Paul Unger
with the touchdown reception here. The Angels had big play from wide receiver
Reggie Baylor who returned a punt 70-yards to the house. Quarterback Danny
Manibusan completed 7/14 passes for 126 yards and 2 touchdowns in the win for
the Pepsi Warriors.
The Cars Plus Rams ended their regular season with a win over the
Chili's Falcons 42-0. Raleigh Eustaquio finished the game with 94 yards rushing
on 13 carries to go along with 2 touchdowns. As a team the Rams picked up 191
yards on the ground and 63 yards passing. With the win the Rams will face the
Angels on Sunday at 2:30 pm for a chance to move on to this year's championship
game. On Saturday the Pepsi Warriors will face the Falcons for their shot at
going back to the big show.
