3 cups of cooked white/brown rice
2 packages of imitation crab (chopped)
Furikake
2 C mayo
1/4 C kimchee base
Seaweed wrappers
Cook the white/brown rice. Spread the cooked rice on a dish about an
inch thick.
Mix mayo & kimchee base in a bowl until the mixture is an
orange-red color. Spread the mixture over the cooled rice. Sprinkle
the furikake on top generously and top with the chopped crab or slices
of sashimi (if you prefer).
Serve with seaweed wrappers & ENJOY!!!!
