LIGHTLY BUTTER ONE SIDE OF A FLOUR TORTILLA. FACE BUTTERED SIDE ON A MEDIUM-HEATED FRYING PAN.
PLACE CHICKEN, CHEESE, SALSA ON ONE SIDE OF TORTILLA. FOLD TORTILLA IN HALF. LIGHTLY BROWN TORTILLA AND MELT CHEESE.
CUT QUESIDILLA AND SERVE WITH SIDES OF SALSA, SOUR CREAM, OR GUACAMOLE.
