Refund checks to be mailed before lunch

Guam – The Governor's Office confirms that $6 million in tax refund checks were mailed out on Wednesday, while the remainder of the refunds will be mailed out before lunch today. Adelup is trying to get the money for 2011 and prior out to residents in time for the holiday.
