Guam - Plea offers have been made to a group of men who are charged with running an illegal chop shop in Dededo. Police found several stolen vehicles and car parts and arrested Joaquin Quintanilla, Jermaine White, Joseph Quintanilla and Joseph Avena.

They pleaded not guilty to the charges. Defense attorneys are now reviewing the offer to determine if their clients will accept or counter.

A continued criminal trial setting is scheduled for December 18.
