Guam - Two Navy military
police officers accused of multiple armed robberies requested they be released
from prison. Justin Miska and Michael Mayers allegedly robbed a massage parlor
in Tumon, then tried to rob another massage establishment in Tamuning.
Their spree continued when they robbed a man near the carnival
casino earlier this year. Because Mayers was a no-show at today's hearing, the two
are scheduled to appear back in court on December 4 to find out when they will
go to trial.
They remain behind bars.
