Guam - Derrick Libyan Techur is being held on a half-million dollars cash bail accused of sexually assaulting three female minors. According to court documents, Techur allegedly forcibly raped the girls who ranged in ages from 14 to 17.

Techur admitted to police that he had consumed alcohol even though he was underage but denied raping the girls. Techur was arrested and charged with three counts of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct, burglary, underage drinking, theft, two counts of assault and felonious restraint.
