Guam - Alfredo Nicolas, Jr will spend a total of five years in jail. He was an employee who worked as a janitor at Liguan Elementary who molested a 5-year-old back in January. The victim – while on his way to an after school program - stopped in the restroom where Nicolas invited him to pee with him and then molested him.

An older child entered the restroom, and saw what happened. He also heard Nicolas tell the victim not to tell anyone. Nicolas is required to register as a sex offender.
